**The Role**:
We are now looking for an experienced bookkeeper all-rounder to work with our current growing teams.
- Part-time contractor
- 20 hours per week - with the potential to increase
- Location - Our head office is on the Sunshine Coast, QLD but most of our team and clients are online, so we have the flexibility for you to work from home.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accounts payable - Publish bills in Dext, create batch payment files.
- Allocating transactions
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing Payroll / Superannuation
- Setting up Xero accounts and migrating from other software
- Contacting clients
- General admin tasks

**About you**:

- Experience with Xero is essential
- We also work a lot with Dext so knowledge in that software would be beneficial - but not necessary
- BAS agent - preferred but not necessary
- Friendly demeanour and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, and quick learner
- You have your own computer and office to work from

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
