**The Opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to develop their professional career.

**Position**

Working part-time (possibly leading to full-time) for our Australian head office in Brisbane.

**About us**

**Skills and experience required**:

- Diploma degree or higher degree & equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Emotional intelligence and great people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Reconciling accounts and keeping financial records
- Processing payments and handling daily banking activities
- Identifying data irregularities to management
- Generating invoices and receipts
- Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
- Producing balance sheets, statements and other financial reports
- Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- MYOB: 2 years (preferred)
- Xero: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
