Our client is Australia’s leading producer of high quality frozen prepared meals and finger-foods. In operation since 1997 they are industry-leading experts in creating, manufacturing and marketing world class food products.

we are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Food Production Batcher to join a team of dedicated food production professionals.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Coordinating sanitizing & inspections of production lines and equipment's prior to start up.
- Coordinate equipment setup online based on the schedule for the day.
- Perform a pre-inspection of products being placed into meals manually to ensure they fall within product specs prior to line startup.
- Organize line operators to get experience on tasks they struggle with on slower moving products.
- Ensure line is running by expected start times.
- (Safety)Ensure Line operators are being rotated on the line as per expected rotation intervals, based on the task being performed.
- (Safety) Ensure line operators are wearing appropriate PPE each day.
- Liaise with the team leader to ensure productivity is maintained and that best practice is always followed.
- Where issues relate to variable weights being unable to meet QA expectations' due to ingredients quality, discuss with production supervisor to ensure line efficiency is not impeded.

**Must Have***:

- Having previous food production experience, with experience in Line Leader.
- Be available for an immediate start.
- High attention to detail, be able to read instructions.
- Able to lift up to 20Kg.
- Good numerical skills
- Be available for work on an ongoing basis.
