Experienced and passionate Production Supervisor wanted in Blacktown, NSW. Our client specialized in manufacturing and distributing products ranging from building materials and medical products.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience**:

- Relevant working experiences in local manufacturing site.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Safety mindset

**The responsibilities including**:

- Oversee the production line (10-15 people) to meet targets and maintain quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and prevent workplace hazards.
