Are you a successful shift leader or a compentent, experienced timber Machine Operator that wants to progress in your career in the industry?

**About the role**:
Stationed on a day shift starting at 6am, this full time role will give you the experience in Operations aswell as being in a hnads on Machine Operating role. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Machine Operating - Including Band saws, Kilns and timber stacking machines.
- Production and team planning - day to day operations, Supervisoring of the team, Machine set=ups, OH&S, production improvements and overall mainteniance
- Hands on Leadership to achieve production targets by motivating the team
- Toolbox meetings and OH&S to ensure hazards and potenital risks are being idenified

**About you**:

- Current LF forklift license and experience
- Machine Operating expeirence in Timber or steel, simliar industry
- Previous experience as a Shift Team leader in manfacturing
- Excellent knowledge of OH&S
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in prodcution planning and mainteniance will be highly regarded.
