We are currently seeking a Qualified ECT & Diploma in Early childhood education and care to work at an Independent Early Learning school located in Bondi. **Your new role**

This inspirational school is looking to welcome a dynamic ECT & Educator to join a dedicated team. As a thriving teacher & Educator you will collaborate with an experienced and passionate team to lead and support a high-quality education & care program to inspire exceptional learning experiences. The educator’s partner with the children during this developmental journey with love, care, and guidance by providing dynamic spaces which are beautifully designed, spacious, and safe for children to explore and discover in. Your role will be to champion and support a carefully thought-out, high-quality curriculum incorporating a challenging and well-paced pre-literacy and pre-numeracy programme. The school strongly believes that their teachers, educators, and staff are the key to their success. Their handpicked staff are highly motivated and trained and carry dynamic personality with a professional demeanour, creating a nurturing environment for the children. Similarly, you will be given the opportunity to attend professional development training throughout the year to support educational program that is aligned to approved frameworks and best practice in early childhood pedagogy, to extend your passion.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelors of ECE or Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Valid working with children's check and first aid desirable.
