**The Role**:
CDC NSW is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join its People & Culture (P&C) team at our head office in Seven Hills. This role will see you coordinating recruitment and training requirements of our Driver Traineeship and Apprenticeship Program (TaAP). You will also be providing administration support to assist recruitment requirements during this high growth period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for TaAP recruitment queries
- Phone screening applicants and scheduling interviews using our recruitment system
- Contract generation within FlareHR and onboarding new hires
- Liaising with external stakeholders to coordinate training requirements of the program
- Adhoc admin responsibilities within recruitment
**About You**:
You will bring below skills and experience to this role:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in traineeship programs highly desirable.
- Experience with recruitment systems would be an advantage
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage various stakeholders
