Coordinator Outside School Hours Care Seven Hills

We are currently recruiting for a **Coordinator** on a **full-time basis, 38 hours per week** to lead our newest service at **YMCA Seven Hills Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service**.

**About the role**

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of your fellow Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and the OSHC Manager.

**As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- The development of quality programs
- Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
- Coordinate staffing and rostering
- Ensure compliance with policy
- Undertake administrative requirements
- Work collaboratively with families and the school community

**As the OSHC Coordinator**:

- You have Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children’s Services)
- You have sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
- You thrive in delivering Excellent customer service
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
- You have a current Blue Card, or the willingness to obtain one

**YMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)** services care for children before school, after school and during holidays across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland. We are the fastest growing OSHC provider in the South East, which in turn provides our staff with the ability to grow and move through the company as their careers head to the next level.

**About your workplace at the Y**

**YMCA Seven Hill Outsider School Hours Care (OSHC)**is located inside of Seven Hills State School, licensed for up to 180 children and we offer Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care between 6.30am
- 6pm.

Our service has a brilliant relationship with the school. Through this we have access to majority of the school for our licensed areas. Our educational leader takes pride in developing programs aimed at our children’s interest. In turn this makes the children want to return. Staff take pride in building strong relationships with children, their families and other staff.

Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
