One of Australia’s established **Federal Government Departments** are looking to engage with **2x** experienced **Cyber Security Specialists **to join their multi-disciplined team which are based out of **Canberra **and will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and implement

the department’s cyber security compliance capability. The successful **Cyber Security Specialists **will be offered an initial **12 month contract** along with a **12 month extension** **option** partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate **and **hybrid flexibility.**

The successful** Cyber Security Specialists **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- You will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and implement the department’s cyber security compliance capability.
- Build awareness through effective communication, and leading the strengthening of cyber security knowledge and capability across the workforce and their practices.
- Influence key stakeholders, driving appropriate behaviour and culture changes.

The successful** Cyber Security Specialists **will have experience in the following:

- Two or more years of experience in Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Knowledge of and experience with relevant government security frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise information and cyber security processes, concepts, and best practice with an exposure to government cloud models.
