Fast Track Case Manager

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As part of our diverse team based in **Melbourne,** you'll help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You'll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to initialise workers compensation claims and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing low-risk liability decisions and providing timely handover of accepted claims to our specialised teams.

This is a **full-time permanent position**, based in our **Melbourne** office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders in line with EML Values.
- Reviewing and analysing claims and making appropriate claims management decisions within allocated time frames and in accordance with EML policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Preparing accurate digital claim profiles, documentation, letters and reports in accordance with EML's case management and operational models, in relation to claims in your portfolio in line with legislation.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment dealing with a high volume of enquiries.
- Effectively manage your time in order to achieve deadlines within required time frames.
- Ability to accurately use multiple software in a high volume and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with others in order to achieve outcomes.
