**The Company**

Our client is looking for your exceptional skills as an Accounts Officer, on a temporary basis for around 6 months - with the view to extend or go permanent for the right person.

This brilliant role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with AR and AP functions.

Based in the Eastern Suburbs, with parking on site, our client specialises in Access Solutions and Manufacturing and have been in the Perth market for over 35 years

**The Role**

Prepare to be challenged by a role where no two days are ever the same. Working in a finance team of 3, your duties will include:

- Full AP function - managing invoice matching/processing
- Full AR function - managing aged debtor report and chasing outstanding payments
- End of month and weekly reporting
- Providing finance support to Accountant as required
- End of month reconciliations
- Office support including answering queries, taking phone calls, keeping the kitchen in order and inventory ordering.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least two years of exceptional accounting experience.
- Brilliant skills in Excel.
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Brilliant organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
