- Experience in admin not essential as on the job training provided
We are proudly partnering with Banlaw, an Australian-owned mining and manufacturing company, who designs, manufactures, and tests fluid management systems. With over 40 years in operation, Banlaw serves the mining, ports, rail, and transport industries, their systems can be found in use both nationally and worldwide.
Based out of their main manufacturing and research development facility in Gateshead, they are now seeking someone to join their sales team as an Administration Assistant on a permanent, full-time (8am-4.30pm) basis. This role has come about due to business growth and an increase in sales.
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Assisting with parts, sales, orders, and deliveries enquiries
- Coordinating sales orders, dispatch, and invoicing
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Adhering to and understanding sales and production processes
**Essentially you’ll have**:
- Exposure to an administration role is desirable but not required, as long as you have the willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A keen eye for detail, highly accurate and the ability to problem solve
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Confident with computers and the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
