**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
We are seeking a **permanent part-time** (4 days per week) Administration Assistant / Personal Assistant to join Restech, based on the Newcastle Callaghan campus. This position reports directly to the General Manager and serves as principal point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an enthusiastic and experienced administrator that is looking to learn and develop further.
As the face and voice of the company, you will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily tasks, which will include:
- Promote and maintain management systems and activities that ensure compliance with certifications as appropriate.
- Serving as the primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors)
- Management of all purchase orders under the direction of the Engineering staff
- Co-ordinate and oversees the creation and management of job folders and files including active involvement in entry of jobs into Syteline, creating standard forms, checking status of customer orders, completion and dispatch of test reports.
- Oversee and facilitate administration procedures and documentation for the General Manager.

Your ability to work in a professional environment and perform tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to details and accuracy will be complemented by the following:
- Qualifications in **Business Administration** or experience in an administrative position
- A natural willingness to take on new challenges and help out at anytime
- High level of administrative and organisational skills
- Previous experience managing incoming calls and transferring to required department
