**About you**:

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in automotive sales management, ideally in commercial vehicles
- Strong understanding of automotive sales principles
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving high performance
- Skilled in building productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Goal-oriented with a resilient and professional approach

**About the role**:

- Develop and execute a strategic business plan and sales strategy for the Van Sales Department, aligning with company goals
- Lead and support the Sales Team, setting clear goals and individual action plans
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with Product Executives to foster communication, address training needs, and boost team performance
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Report regularly to the Dealer Principal, managing expenses within budget and upholding high ethical standards
- Selling Manager role: oversee the team’s performance while actively contributing to sales targets through direct selling responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and development of the Sales Team, in collaboration with the Managing Director
