Join the dynamic Parts Department at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne as a Trade Parts Representative and play a crucial role in driving our parts business forward. Based at our South Melbourne dealership, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive, professional, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to maximise gross profit while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with trade clients.
- Supporting the marketing and growth initiatives of the Parts Department.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions to support sales analysis and business development.
- Managing and maintaining the company-provided vehicle, ensuring it is clean, and in excellent working condition.
- Handling customer concerns professionally while adhering to Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific policies and procedures.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in an automotive parts sales environment, preferably in a retail parts department.
- Excellent IT skills across many platforms.
- Strong industry knowledge, including an understanding of passenger car parts and trade operations.
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High levels of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when managing customer interactions.
- A valid driver’s licence.
