**About Pixel One**

Established in 2013, Pixel One is an innovative and growing retailer and wholesaler specialising in photographic accessories. We distribute leading brands, including NiSi Filters, Sirui, Explorer, Novoflex and Visible Dust.

Reporting to the Director, this role requires a person with exceptional initiative, well-developed organisational, sales and administrative skills, who works efficiently and independently, and with a strong work ethic.

In this Internal Sales role, you are often the first contact for our wholesale customers. You will have an enthusiastic and helpful telephone manner and quickly establish rapport with our clients and customers.

You will manage direct wholesale customer enquiries, look after our existing customers and proactively contact potential customers to grow the Pixel One brand and expand our current market and customer base.

**This is a full-time role based in our office in Thornleigh**, where adequate parking is available. The office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

**About the job**
- Proactively contact potential new wholesale customers
- Handle enquiries and interest from wholesale customers
- Working on creating and sustaining relationships with customers and our internal teams
- Updating our CRM with customer notes, additional information and data to assist our teams
- Develop any sales opportunities to their full potential across the full range of products
- Assist daily with wholesale customer service enquiries and follow up where necessary
- Process wholesale sales orders and arrange dispatch and administration of products
- Assist with product workshops and customer product training
- Import and follow up orders
- Analyse and collect customer data to prepare reports
- Assist in miscellaneous administrative duties and projects as required

**About you**
- You are enthusiastic and have excellent sales, organisational and administration skills
- You have an exceptional telephone manner and enjoy interacting with customers
- You enjoy following up and have a can-do attitude
- You support the team, ensuring customers have a positive sales experience
- **Previous internal sales experience is a must**
