We are looking for a champion **Client Services Co Ordinator for our St Kilda Road office.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Admin Superstar is primarily responsible for providing a broad range of services to support the Accountants within their team as well as providing a high quality service to clients. Duties and responsibilities include:
- All areas of customer service and administration
- Preparation and distribution of client engagement letters
- Scheduling and booking client meetings in calendars
- Raising of invoices to clients and assisting with debtor collection
- Managing ELD's and lodgement of tax returns
- Preparing collation of completed client documents
- Liaise with ATO and follow up on information required from Accountants and clients
- Liaise with clients to gather further information as requested by Accountants, follow up on missing information
- Manage workflow according to lodgement list and scheduling work
- Liaising with Accountants and ensuring deadlines are met
- General office support including answering phone, greeting clients, looking after mail etc.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 years experience in Public Practice essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
