Traffik are on the look-out for an experienced Planner to join their multi-award-winning agency
Traffik is a multi-award winning creative agency, purpose-built for brand activation, leveraging strategy, creative, design and production capabilities to effectively commercialise brands through the line.
Our team specialise in understanding brands and the critical relationship between emotional brand building and commercial brand activation.
Responsibilities This newly created role in an expanding planning department will see you thrive in an environment rich with problems to solve across the spectrum of brand activations. This will take you from shopper marketing through consumer promotions to experiential, sponsorship and brand activations. You will work hand in hand with our talented Group Account Directors between Melbourne and Sydney, as well as with our channel specialists (Head of Sponsorship, PR, Digital etc.) to develop creative briefs, build products and help to drive new business often. This role is integral to Traffik's horizontal growth strategy and aggressive new business push into ‘activating' different industries
Desired Skills and Experience
Aside from providing strategic direction on a wide range of projects and clients, the role requires strong collaboration and effective communication skills, innate problem solving capability coupled with persuasive delivery and the ability to manage and organise time. On that basis, the role is required to;
- Be an integral member of project teams, owning and driving the strategic development and creative briefing ensuring we are working to effectively solve our clients business and communications challenges.
- Engage collaboratively and openly with other departments and 3rd party partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Be a vocal ambassador for the planning department in all scenarios.
- Be a team player, working to achieve the desired creative outcomes within the client parameters.
- Champion any new methods of planning that allow us to meet the increasingly tight budgets and timelines that clients are working with.
- Be an enthusiastic and positive seeker of solutions to the inevitable issues and challenges within the planning and creative workflow.
- Be a critical thinker who can manage, and enjoys, the unknown
- Displayed experience in a similar role
