Ballarat Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation that’s been creating healthy communities through the provision of accessible, affordable and quality health and wellbeing services for over 45 years.

We deliver a range of primary health, social care and community-based support to meet local community needs. We have approximately 300 staff, with seven (7) locations across Ballarat and the Western Region.

**About the role**:
**What you will bring to the team**:
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to deliver a friendly, professional, and non-judgemental service over the phone.

**Strong multitasking and organisational abilities** to manage a high volume of calls and administrative tasks in a calm and methodical manner.

**Proficiency** in using phone systems and scheduling software, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to various digital platforms and procedures.

**Team-oriented mindset and initiative**, contributing to continuous improvement, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
