Job Role Overview

Our frontline ambassadors provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.

As part of our dynamic team, you will perform a variety of tasks from stock management and merchandising to assisting with online orders and providing friendly service to customers as they depart the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, acknowledging, and thanking customers for shopping with us
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of ourselves, colleagues, and customers
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering questions or guiding them to products
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
  • Shop for online customers to guarantee timely delivery of their orders
