This role involves developing knowledge and skills across all facets of rural merchandise operations within a leading rural environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop product knowledge across crop protection, fertilisers, seeds, animal health, and general merchandise.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics.
- Provide customer service and sales support.
- Plan and execute fertiliser blending, logistics, and application planning.
- Seasonal planning and product forecasting.
- Operate business systems and point-of-sale operations.
- Build strong relationships with local growers and suppliers.
- Networking opportunities for professional growth.
- Develop business, communication, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
- Support from industry leaders for personal and professional growth.
To be considered for this program, you will need:
- Recent graduation in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a relevant field.
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and passion for agriculture.
- Customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
