Part Time Supervisor for Busy Sandwich Shop

Wilburs is a very busy Sandwich shop on the southside. We are looking for a part-time FOH supervisor to join our small team. This role will assist with the day to day operations, ordering, staff development with a good focus on customer experience and product quality.

Part-time hours with weekends off.

You will be working closely with the owners to train/develop staff.

Job responsibilities and expectations
- Enjoy working in busy work place environment
- Reliability
- early starts
- Barista experience necessary
- Assist with day to day operations of the business, ordering & understand the weekly operational schedule
- No staff rostering required, mínimal ordering responsibilities
- Good communication and organisational skills. You'll be working with BOH supervisor and owners. Some days you will be required to operate independently.
- Give/take direction when needed and run a team effectively
- Good leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Resolving and replying to customer feedback
- Great work ethics & attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Location: In person
