**PRACTICE MANAGER**

We are looking for someone to play an integral role in our specialist practice.

You would be joining a team of warm, capable, professional women in a role that is varied - from managing staff and consulting sessions, to liaising with IT & other external providers, to supporting marketing efforts, to managing the finances of the practice, whilst being a leader in customer service.

We are Specialists145, a group of doctors predominantly focused on **Women’s healthcare.**

We are located in the inner-city suburb of **Fitzroy**

We will utilise your strong **computer** skills, your Genie experience in particular.

We appreciate your understanding of patient and practice **confidentiality**.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Practice Management** - you don’t get bothered by last minute changes and thrive on managing a busy day that requires exceptional juggling skills.

You could manage a computer shut down while on the phone to a health fund regarding a billing issue.

Helping to maintain the high level of service we offer to our patients is paramount
- a strong desire to work in an **obstetrics and gynaecology** practice.
- exemplary **Genie** knowledge
- 5 years experience in **private specialist practice and **sound knowledge of private practice billings
- Empathetic, kind-hearted, **flexible**, supportive, patient, with a **strong work ethic** and **people focused** approach.
- excellent **attention to detail**:

- work well under **pressure**:

- can easily **communicate** with doctors, patients, and other staff members.
- fully **vaccinated** against Covid 19 and available to start as soon as possible.
