Our Facilities and Asset Services team has an opportunity for** Cleaning Leading Hands **to join the Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) team located in Weribbee and Sunbury. You will deliver high-quality cleaning and sanitisation services across the MTM rail network, which includes a fleet of over 460 three-carriage trains that run on a network consisting of 15 lines.

This position involves the supervision of cleaning services and to provide front line direction, guidance, and training to cleaning employees in accordance with the cleaning plan and scope. The Cleaning Leading Hand will be hands on and be part of a working team to provide a high-quality cleaning service. The Cleaning Leading Hand position therefore requires an individual with the willingness to work flexible hours and an ability to manage their own time to meet deadlines.

2 Full Time Positions are available in Sunbury and Werribee

**ABOUT YOU**
- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment, where you will work as part of a high-performance team focused on working safely and diligently.
- Having strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Previous Cleaning Experience is preferrable but not essential.
- Experience in the supervision of cleaning operations under a commercial arrangement is preferred.
- Full Working Rights (No Student Visas)
- Must be located close to Werribee or Sunbury
- Must have Current National Police Check (within twelve months from date of issue)
- Must have own transport to get to and from work.
