Cleaning: The kitchen hand is responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. This may include wiping down benches, cleaning floors, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and stored properly.

Stocking and replenishing: The kitchen hand may be responsible for stocking and replenishing food items, cleaning supplies, and other kitchen essentials.

Assisting chefs and other kitchen staff: The kitchen hand may be required to assist chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks, such as preparing ingredients or plating meals.
