We are seeking a Leading Hand to join the Komatsu business, based at the **Fairfield Branch**. In this role, you will support the coordination and supervision of all service activities in line with Komatsu standards, policies, and procedures.

**Your key responsibilities are**:

- Issuing appropriate documents and work instructions to workshop technicians and apprentices to ensure there is a complete understanding of the work requirements and labour times per job.
- Maximising own and team labour output through job control and communication whilst ensuring HSE practices are adhered to.
- Providing technical support and product information to staff and customers in a professional manner.
- Overseeing on the job training of trades persons and apprentices.

**What we are looking for**:

- A certified Tradesperson with previous leading hand experience
- An effective communicator with the ability to schedule and delegate.
- A professional self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and active in promoting its principals.
- A forklift, first aid and working at heights certification is highly regarded.
