**The Opportunity**:
Become a vital member of the team as a **Leading Hand** at Komatsu, where you'll lead the coordination and supervision of service activities while upholding our top-tier standards and policies. Your pivotal role will involve overseeing Technicians, Parts, Contractors, and other key players in each job, ensuring seamless operations. Your strong communication skills will be essential for engaging with both customers and internal teams, driving the efficient execution of our services. **Roster**: Monday - Friday

**Role Located**:Fairfield NSW

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade certified Plant Mechanic
- Previous leading hand experience
- Ability to schedule and delegate to a team or individual
- Strong communication skills and key team player
- Professional self-starter, with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and active in promoting its principals.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge/skills
- Forklift Certification
- Working at Heights Certification
- First Aid Certification
