**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a** District Area Manager** to be part of our Lake Illawarra Police District. The District Area Manager leads and directs a team in the provision of a range of administrative, human resource and financial support, services and strategies, driving best practice corporate support, services and strategies, driving best practice corporate support to facilitate service delivery within the local area.

The Lake Illawarra Police District encompasses 5 police stations, with an administrative team of 14 staff members. Please provide an example of a time when you developed a team or unit plan that leveraged the team's strengths and opportunities to meet the organisations' goals.
