**Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD**) is one of the region’s largest employers with a workforce of more than 8,500 staff. As **Workforce Support Coordinator**, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to support management and staff on a diverse range of workforce matters and foster our commitment to provide a safe and respectful working environment for all staff.

You will use your HR skills and experience to provide high level advice and expertise on workforce related activities for the Integrated Care, Mental Health, Planning Information and Performance (ICMHPIP) Directorate.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your HR skills through dealing with a diverse range of HR matters, operating across multiple employee classifications, awards and determinations, supported by a friendly team who model, promote and encourage a workplace culture that embraces a positive, customer focussed attitude and approach.
