**The opportunity**
The Growth Marketing Lead will take the lead on performance marketing across SEM and emerging channels. From strategy to hands-on execution, you’ll scale with precision, uncover new growth opportunities, and drive consistent, measurable results. You’ll also collaborate closely with our creative and campaign teams on paid social to ensure alignment across all performance touchpoints.
But this isn’t a siloed role. You’ll work side by side with our creative, category, pricing, product, and on-site teams to make sure no stone is left unturned. Whether it’s surfacing new insights, building better funnels, or squeezing more from existing channels, you’ll be at the centre of it all. Helping us turn good performance into great.
**What you’ll be doing**-
- Lead the end-to-end growth strategy and execution across Google and emerging platforms. Own the full performance marketing funnel from audience targeting to conversion optimisation, with a relentless focus on maximising LTV to CAC efficiency. Collaborate closely with our creative and campaign teams to drive impact across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and optimise ad creative. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance, ensuring creative assets capture attention and convert at scale.
- Drive our structured test and learn roadmap. You will prioritise channels and tactics, design experiments to validate hypotheses, and define success metrics before scaling. You’ll get hands-on with data — building models, analysing results, and making decisions rooted in solid evidence.
- Contribute to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) discussions and budget allocation. Leverage your deep understanding of incrementality and channel interactions to guide smarter media investment and maximise return on ad spend.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders to inform strategy and optimisations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations. Bring fresh ideas, tools, and best practices into the business, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with category, pricing, product, and on-site teams. Ensure growth initiatives are integrated end-to-end and identify bottlenecks or opportunities that extend beyond paid media channels.
- Maintain a rigorous focus on ROI and sustainable growth. Balance quick wins with long-term scalable strategies that build lasting momentum.
**The ideal toolbox**- 5+ years experience in a growth, performance, or analytics role within an e-commerce, marketplace, or similar B2C business. You have a proven track record of driving measurable growth in fast-paced digital environments.
- Deep expertise in scaling Paid Search (Google) and/or Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) with significant budgets. You understand how to optimise campaigns for efficiency and growth at scale, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand impact.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and data tools such as GA4, FullStory, Looker, SQL, Python or similar. You are comfortable extracting, manipulating, and interpreting data yourself to uncover insights and drive action.
- Startup or scale-up mindset. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You’re curious, adaptable, and focused on driving meaningful impact rather than perfection
- Proven experience collaborating with creative teams to translate data and insights into compelling, high-performing creative outputs. You understand the balance between creativity and data-driven optimisation and can bridge these worlds effectively.
