**About the role**
The Associate Corporate Secretary plays a key role across a range of client and office-focused responsibilities. Reporting to the Manager - Corporate Secretarial, this role provides accurate and timely support across corporate secretarial services to a range of predominantly international clients; including client communications, documentation preparation and guidance, ASIC incorporations (both Australian Pty Ltd companies and Foreign Registered Branches), annual reviews, filing of financial statements and other ASIC compliance requirements (including KYC obligations). This role is key in meeting and exceeding client's service expectations and represents and an exciting opportunity to enter the corporate secretarial space, joining a rapidly growing business at the ground floor.
**About you**
You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law/Legal Studies or a related field (or working towards)
- Member or Student member of Governance Institute of Australia (highly regarded)
- Strong time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated detail orientation
- A desire to learn from your colleagues and work together to succeed.
