**Key Accountabilities**
- Implement the established approaches, systems, processes and practices for project reports and documentation for Managers and Directors as required and key stakeholders in regards to updates, maintenance and additions to the QMS.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to discuss and identify needs and provide and obtain advice and feedback on QMS requirements and documentation to enhance best practice, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage and deliver the assigned projects by implementing the project management principles, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, quality assurance to ensure successful project milestones are met.
- Provide advice, reports, commentary and solutions on system and process issues to key stakeholders in a manner that contributes to positive relationship building and supports an ongoing effective and efficient working environment.
- Review, research, analyse, documents and report on processes, procedures and systems in terms of quality, cost and time to protect business objectives or achieve and work with key stakeholders and enhance project outcomes.
- Identify, collate, share and document relevant information to contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, procedures and systems with a focus on lessons learned.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge in ISO accreditation, Quality Management System and WHS process
- Experience in coordination, stakeholder management and updating QMS
- Solid Government experience
- Capable of maintaining the QMS and making sure all the details are up to date
- Demonstrated capability in collaboration, data capture, analysis, information presentation and reporting
- Construction background and Quality Management is a plus
