**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordination of client enquiries and assisting project managers as required
- Managing customer enquiries (including consignment generation)
- Resolving issues and creating solutions to deliver customer satisfaction
- Administrative tasks such as quoting and reporting
- Relationship building
