We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold the high standards of service and quality that Mozart Coffee Lounge is known for. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Excellence:_

Oversee all daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient workflow, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Leadership & Development_:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of baristas and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Customer Experience: _

Ensure every guest receives an outstanding and memorable experience, handling feedback and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Inventory & Cost Management:_

Manage stock levels, place orders, minimize waste, and control costs effectively to achieve financial targets.
- Quality Control:_

Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency, particularly for our Viennese specialties and coffee program.
- Scheduling & Roster Management: _

Develop efficient staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Maintain Ambiance: _

Ensure the cafe's elegant and clean presentation consistently meets our brand standards.

**Skills & Experience**
- You'll Bring: _
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Cafe Manager or Assistant Manager role, ideally within a high-volume, premium, or themed dining environment
- Strong understanding of coffee preparation and beverage programs.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of a busy retail location.
