After The Bell Aus is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and passionate educator who enjoys working with children, either with experience or new to the role at our **Andale School Outside School Hours Care Program.**
Part-time Position
- Part-time - a permanent opportunity for an OSHC Coordinator (up to 15 hours per week)
- Attractive Pro-rata Salary $48k - $55k dependent on industry experience and qualification.
- Paid Training
- Staff Child Care Discount (up to 30%)

**Co-ordinator-**
- Ability to provide an environment that is engaging, secure, hygienic, and safe for children aged 5-12years in a specialist setting.
- An understanding of providing a program that is inclusive to all diverse needs of children.
- Strong ability and strength to provide a well organised, structured program to children and staff. All in line with Child Care Government requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow procedures and due dates on the administration of daily tasks.
- Liaise with families, school staff, and colleagues to build strong relationships across the school community.
- Create a welcoming environment and a positive team workplace.
**Essential Criteria-**
- Diploma in Children Services or Outside School Hours Care or equivalent or currently studying in an approved course.
- First Aid Training Level HLTA0012 or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- Protection Training or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- A current Working With Children Check(Estatus).
**Desirable Criteria-**
- Previous Child Care experience working with children with additional needs.
