**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our client with social support and independence-building activities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident individual with experience managing challenging behaviours in the community. A background in counselling would be highly regarded. We are looking for someone with the following availability:
- Tuesday from 1pm to 4.30pm
- Wednesday from 9.30pm to 12.30pm
- Thursday from 1pm to 4.30pm
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Autism awareness
- Mental Health experience
- Social support experience
- Behaviours of concern
**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle
Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
