We are looking for our next Customer Experience super star to join the team as a first point of contact for Practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.
Our team is growing and we have a rare Ongoing opportunity to welcome a new person to our Customer Experience Team.
- **Do you have experience providing high level customer service, in a call centre environment?**:
- **Do you learn quickly and can adapt to changing legislation, regulation and policy to provide an accurate response to all internal and external stakeholders.**
The Customer Experience Administrator is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by responding to all inbound phone enquiries and supporting practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.
This position will be required to work from our CBD Bourke Street Office.
