**Job description**:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join their team for 14 months to cover Maternity. This is a full-time position, based in Inverness. As Administrator, you will be responsible for all day to day activity in relation to the company training function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage onboarding training process of apprentices ensuring the correct documentation and training joining files created.
- Liaising with apprentices, college assessors and managers to ensure apprentice programmes on track and record of college timetables and annual intakes confirmation
- Assist HR Director to liaise with managers on any weekly payroll reporting and information requests
- Processing of all weekly payroll and HR Administrative taks as instructed by the HR Director
- Responsible for ensuring HR Director has signed off all training requests prior to training being carried out and requisition for all training activity
- Weekly training meeting and minutes reflective of all current training being carried out within the business to ensure cover in place and audit compliance
- Provision of administrative and ad hoc duties for holiday/absence cover within the department when required
- Any other department related activity that directly impacts administration and training processes within the business
Skills & Attributes
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Training and Payroll experience would be desirable
- Looking for someone who prides themselves on their attention to detail and organisation levels
- Adaptability is key as the role is incredibly varied and fast paced
