We have a current opportunity for a Administrator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Ross-shire. For further information about this position please apply.

Administration Support

Diary Management, assessing priority of appointments and re-allocation, as necessary.

Organisation & participation in departmental meetings, minute taking, arranging any other meetings on behalf of the Director.

The preparation of reports/documents/pack required for Executive Meeting & any other meetings.

Advising the Director of any impending work deadlines and chasing responses as required, using own initiative.

Liaising with Executive Team members and other internal/external customers.

Ensuring good communication between departments across the business.

Supporting efficient and successful day to day operations

Organising travel arrangements including flights/hotel accommodation etc.

Co-ordination of site visits.

Organising hospitality for lunches and events.

Stationery ordering for office including kitchen and welfare supplies.

Charity letters/providing product for staff charity events.
