As we continue to experience rapid growth, we now have the opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented multi-site manager to join our Sydney team.

This is an incredible opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving expansion, managing multiple practices, and making a positive impact on people's lives through oral healthcare.

This position would be best suited for a dental sales representative or experienced dental manager with 5+ years experience.

**About the Role**:
As the multisite Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our dental clinics.

You will work directly with the Principal dentists, supported by our Dental Boutique Group lead team, and be responsible for overseeing the growth and management of our existing Sydney CBD site and our brand new up-and-coming site located in the North of Sydney.

Leading the managers within the clinic your primary objective will be to ensure that each clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, upholding our high standards of patient care and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of each practice, ensuring they adhere to established protocols, policies, and quality standards.
- Implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity, patient satisfaction, and profitability.
- Leadership and Team Development: Train, and mentor practice managers, dentists, and support staff to cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure staff development and high employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all clinics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and patient satisfaction. Set ambitious targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure clinics comply with all regulatory requirements, standards of practice, and health and safety protocols. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high treatment standards and patient safety.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in managing and expanding multiple clinics or healthcare practices.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving growth targets and improving operational performance.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset, adept at using data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of dental industry trends, regulations, and best practices would be an advantage.
