Industrial Relations Manager- National
This is a unique opportunity to lead enterprise bargaining and play a key role in business transformation. As the Industrial Relations Manager, you'll work with your colleagues across WPR's/Legal Counsel, HR Business Partnering and key leaders across the business. You will spend your team leading EA negotiations nationally in both a tactical and strategic focused position.

Where you'll spend your time
- Leading enterprise bargaining negotiations and managing the bargaining process.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing timely and legally compliant industrial relations advice to leaders.
- Resolving industrial disputes and building the capability of other teams to handle these matters.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including union officials and delegates
Suited To
This role is a great fit for someone with a strong background in enterprise bargaining in a highly unionised environment. Experience in logistics, construction, or other heavy industries is highly valued. Tertiary qualifications in HR or Law required.

The ideal candidate is politically astute and not afraid to speak up, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
The position is based in Sydney but is also open to candidates in Newcastle or Brisbane.
Travel is required for negotiations, approximately one week in total per month.
