About us

New Steel Solution is a one-stop steel supplier. Due to the growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts All-rounder to join our dynamic team in Fairfield east. The role will be hands on, fast paced and working in close & supportive team environment.

Qualifications & experience
- Fluent Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Strong communication skills and time management
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office Skills. particularly Excel/Word
- Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Experience with Xero system is advantageous

Tasks & responsibilities
- Process payable invoices in the system and prepare for weekly pay run
- Process payments (eftpos) and allocate payments
- Credit control of overdue accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- File and upload invoices, receipts and supporting documents
- Assist in Fortnightly payroll processing
- Assist in purchasing & sales activities when needed

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
