**The Organisation**
Our client is an iconic ASX listed organisation in the Financial Services/ Tech space that has seen a sustained increase in demand for their ever-growing suite of products and services that are offered to markets across the globe.

**The Position**
This commercially-focused role will require you to deliver growth through multi-channel financial services offering, as well as lead the team is accountable for strategy development and execution, working with our partners to build our capability and product offerings, leading sales management and engaging across the other lines of business. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead the Commercial Finance and Data & Performance insights functions
- Key leader in developing the strategy and long-range financial plan
- Lead the team to help drive the financial performance through ad hoc financial analysis
- Drive enriched and improved data/KPI reporting, analytics & insights
- Own the full P&L, capex & key metrics
- Review and provide guidance around business cases for new products & initiatives
- Support the Corporate Development team on potential opportunities
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, insights and scenarios
- Proactively identify industry & competitor trends to identify implications and opportunities
- Manage finance month-end, forecast & budget processes
- Help drive the finance improvement agenda
- Hire, develop and retain a high performing team with effective role clarity that are respected business partners to the business

**Skills and Experience**:
You will be CA / CPA qualified, with previous exposure to a high-performing financial services or mortgage broking environment. You will have excellent commercial skills and experience, strong influencing ability, which is complimented by your outstanding written, verbal and presenting skills. Your ability to forge trusted business relationships with stakeholders of all levels, in both formal and informal settings, will assist you drive this highly regarded and growing division.

Finally, you will be a natural leader that has the experience of managing and developing finance teams as you will be leading a high-performing team of 10+ to deliver excellent commercial outcomes.
