**What you will be doing**:

- Process student payment plans and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare data for completion of reporting to state funders on a monthly cycle.
- Manage data as directed by Manager Funding and Reporting.
- Correspond with state and commonwealth funding managers and administrators as required.
- Correspond with internal customers/ students and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure consistency of knowledge and activity
- Perform authorised student refunds via system or manual EFT on a timely basis.
- Assist the Manager Funding and Reporting in periodic tasks as directed.

**About you**:

- At least 2 year experience in the VET sector
- Able to analyse data, with accuracy and displaying attention to detail
- Systems knowledge: student management system, Axcelerate (preferable), MS Office (required).
