Our client is a global organisation that partners with financial market participants such as Super Funds to deliver services and solutions that enhance the user experience and make scaled administration simple.

They are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic Financial Adviser. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office based in Perth CBD and 3 days per week working from home.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering strategic, quality advice through the provision of intra-fund and general advice, whilst utilising fully-automated work flow systems. This is not a sales focused role, but rather a customer centric role where all leads are sourced, vetted, and booked via contact centres.

Our client’s Retirement & Superannuation Solutions division combines its proprietary technology, process and people to deliver a comprehensive financial data solution to its superannuation clients. They support clients across all superannuation fund sectors, including; industry, retail and corporate.

**Responsibilities include**:
Assist Australians to understand their Superannuation, providing them with simple financial advice over-the-phone, by;
- Understanding their needs
- Breaking complex concepts down into something they can understand
- Gathering the client’s circumstances, goals and objectives in an online fact find
- Providing intra-fund advice and retirement advice
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing referral sources

**Requirements**:

- **Completed FASEA educational requirements**:

- Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
- A passion for financial advice and helping people
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
