**Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter - 6 months Contract (chance of extension) - $700/day**

You will proactively partner with the leadership team and act as a trusted advisor in the identification and recruitment of high performing talent, who align to our company values, our goals, and add to our company culture.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to understand resource demands/role briefs
- Create job ads and advertise vacancies through various job boards and social media platforms
- Work closely with our Head of Sales to facilitate talent acquisition marketing campaigns
- Utilise various platforms to identify and actively source talent and build the talent pipeline (platforms include LinkedIn, job ads, headhunting, employee referrals, meetups and events, etc.).
- Maintain and develop talent pools and pipelining to ensure efficient sourcing
- Assisting in other recruitment initiatives such as employer branding activities ranging from sponsoring events, hosting meetups, creating creative job ads and campaigns, etc.

**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition in the recruitment industry (preferably either in-house or Rec-to-Rec agency experience. A strong network is ideal)
- A tech savvy recruiter - which means that you're on the forefront when it comes to using various technologies to assist with recruiting.
- Have a proven track record in building relationships based on trust, credibility and the delivery of quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with influence
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a high level of energy and passion for what you do
