
Brand & Communication Specialist

As one of Australia's fastest growing e-Commerce companies, we are seeking a Brand & Communications Manager who will be acting as the custodian of the brand and will ensure that guidelines are adhered to, assets are created and disseminated whilst ensuring that all opportunities to grow the brand are seized. You will engage both sides of the brain, think creatively and back up your judgement with sound data. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strategise, scope and execute on campaigns big and small that deliver commercial outcomes.

**About the Opportunity
**Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for bringing the MyDeal brand to life across all channels and touchpoints.
From the creative concept stage, all the way through to production while working with the media agency to pull together the media buy and get the campaign live, this role has depth, breadth and everything in between. You will be able to work quickly in a high-pressure environment, displaying a high level of agility and able to shift focus and work on multiple tasks, with a willingness to occasionally stretch beyond the remit in order to reach team goals. You know how to develop a plan and work to bring it to life.
Key Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns including brand, promotional and project-based campaigns
- Managing relationships with external agencies (digital, media strategy and creative) and partners to ensure appropriate strategic alignment, creative development, messaging, execution, analysis, reporting and optimisations.
- Responsible brand messaging and communication across all channels including Social Media, Affiliates, TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Direct Mail, Public Relations and Events.
- Direct management of Paid & Organic Social & Affiliate marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal & external teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Work with external creative/production agencies and internal teams to create static, video, animation and audio content for use on digital and traditional channels.
- Manage a team of designers and marketing coordinators to deliver outstanding results.
