**About the role**:
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the engagement of our rebel brand loyalty program members via the planning and constructing of personalised content.

**Day to day, will include**:

- ** Brand Management**:Championing & being the voice of brand and customer, whilst supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the brand is executed consistently
- ** Marketing & Design**: Manage and implement the creation of personalised content to support rebel brand strategy.
- ** Organization & Process Management**: Guide the exceptional delivery of all initiatives and campaigns on time & in line with expectations.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure adherence to ACCC, customer privacy requirements and the SPAM act always
- ** Customer & Marketing Insights**: Collection of and utilise insights relating to content performance and customer engagement

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar marketing role or alternatively, within a retail environment, where you excel in picking up product knowledge quickly and understand your customer needs
- Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign planning, brand governance and customer insights or strong operations, brand and product knowledge background.
- Agile mindset, advanced curious approach to finding and implementing optimisation opportunities
- High degree of interpersonal skills, with ability build effective, professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in related specialty area (Marketing/Communications/CRM)
