**About the Role**:As a **Merchandise Allocator**, you’ll play a key role in maximizing category profit and sales by ensuring the right products are available in the right place at the right time—whether in-store or online.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales & Financial Performance**
- Support category teams in achieving sales, gross profit, and inventory targets.
- Optimize profitability through strategic inventory management and range performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory within KPIs and guidelines

**Inventory Allocation Management**
- Use allocation tools like JDA Replenishment to ensure products are allocated and replenished accurately and on time.
- Maintain product lifecycles and actively monitor aged inventory to drive sell-through.
- Balance inventory across stores and adhere to replenishment timelines and processes.
- Ensure Trade Partners receive accurate forecasting information

**Communication**
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into inventory needs.
- Respond to queries promptly and contribute to discussions in Category Champion meetings
- Deliver clear and engaging weekly communication to stores

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience, within a similar role, in a large retail environment**(100+ stores) managing stock allocation, replenishment, and initial allocations
- Strong analytical skills to address understock/overstock issues, produce detailed reporting, and respond to store-level queries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective, working relationships both internally and externally
- High degree of computer literacy
