**The company & role**:
We are looking for a driven, passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team of 7 in our fast paced store at Highpoint Our brand is known for their affordable and trendy womenswear. They are apart of one of the most successful retail groups across Australia and New Zealand. As the Store Manager you will drive sales through training and development of your team, lead from the front and help create a returning customer base as well as adhering to brand's visual merchandising standards.

**Skills & experience**:

- Previous management experience working in a fast paced environment
- A mature leader, with amazing communication skills to effectively build relationships with their team.
- Experience following visual merchandising guidelines and output of stock.
- People management skills, experience with rostering, onboarding and performance conversations.
- A love and passion for fashion, to build a connection with our product and boost sales

**The benefits**:

- Salary of up to $62,000 + Super
- Eligible for monthly bonus structure
- Rotating roster - 2 weekends off per month
